Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for gift boxes or event favors?
No minimum order.
Can we provide our own tags or thank-you cards for you to attach?
Absolutely. If you already have your own wedding monogram or corporate branding assets, you can send the high-resolution files to our email, and we will integrate them into our custom packaging layout.
Where are you located?
We are an online store and we do not have a traditional storefront. However, for order pick-ups, we are located in Caloocan City, Philippines.
How do you ship orders?
We ship nationwide via J&T and GoGoExpress.
Clients within Metro Manila are highly encouraged to arrange self-pickup or book their own on-demand couriers (like Lalamove or Grab for fragile glass jars) once the order is ready.
